It’s been a long winter and you’re ready to get moving again! You probably can’t wait to hit the trails, get back out on the court, be on the river, or dig your hands into the soil. To avoid injury and be on your game, make sure your body is primed for movement.
I’m offering two “Train for Summer” packages - either 5 or 10 training sessions focused on a specific activity, or on general fitness, to get you ready for summer. These can be 1:1 sessions, or sign up with a friend for an additional discount. Sessions can be in-person, or via Zoom.
5 sessions: $275 | with a friend, $200 ea.
10 sessions: $500 | with a friend, $400 ea.
